Cancellation Policy

1. How and Why Can My Order Be Cancelled?

Your order may be cancelled for the following reasons:

  • You decide not to proceed with the order and cancel it via the Order History section.
  • Our delivery team is unable to deliver the order after three attempts.
  • Kiddiebumz reserves the right to cancel an order if it is deemed undeliverable.

2. How Can I Cancel My Order?

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped.

To cancel your order:

  • Go to your Order History.
  • Select the specific order you wish to cancel.
  • Click on the "Cancel" button to process the cancellation.

3. How Can I Change My Delivery Address or Reschedule a Delivery?

  • Expedited shipping is not possible once an order is placed.
  • The shipping address cannot be changed once the order has been shipped.
  • If you need to modify your delivery date, please contact us, and we will make our best effort to accommodate your request.

4. What Happens If the Delivery Team Is Unable to Deliver the Order?

If our delivery team makes three unsuccessful attempts to deliver your order, it will be automatically cancelled and returned to the Kiddiebumz fulfillment center. A refund will then be initiated to your original payment method.


5. Why Might an Order Be Considered Undeliverable?

An order may be considered undeliverable if:

  • The recipient declines the delivery: If the order was a gift, the recipient might assume it was sent by mistake. In such cases, a refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
  • The shipping address provided was incorrect: You can verify the details in Your Orders.
  • Local and regional restrictions: We follow government guidelines and may limit orders to certain areas.
  • The package was damaged during transit: If this happens, the carrier may return it to us before attempting delivery. A refund will be processed, and you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Severe weather conditions: These may delay or prevent delivery.

6. What Are My Refund Options Upon Cancellation?

Once an order is cancelled, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method. Refund timelines are as follows:

  • Online Payments (Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, etc.): Refund processing time is 5 to 10 days, depending on your bank.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds are processed via NEFT bank transfer, which takes 1 to 3 business days after the refund is initiated and bank details are provided.

7. Will I Get a Refund for a Coupon Applied to My Cancelled Order?

If a coupon was applied to a cancelled order (whether full or partial cancellation), the coupon amount will not be refunded or reissued. Any applicable refund will be net of the coupon value.
