Return & Refund Policy
At Kiddiebumz, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not fully happy with your order, we offer a simple and flexible return and refund policy.
1. Return & Refund Guidelines
• You can return eligible products within 7 days of delivery.
• Returns are free of charge—there are no return shipping fees.
• Once the product is picked up and passes the quality check, the refund will be initiated.
• If the item fails the quality check, the return will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
• Exchanges are not supported. If you require a different size or product, please return the original item and place a new order.
2. Refund Timeline & Method
The return and refund process includes:
• Pickup & Quality Check: A courier partner will collect the product after verifying its condition.
• Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.) within approximately 6 business days after pickup.
• Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds will be processed through bank transfer using customer-provided details, within approximately 6 business days after pickup.
3. Received a Damaged or Incorrect Product?
All items go through strict quality checks before dispatch. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may return it for a full refund. Please initiate the return within the return window.
4. When Will a Return Be Rejected?
Return requests may be declined in the following cases:
• Product is used, washed, or altered
• Original tags, packaging, or accessories are missing
• Return request is raised after the 7-day return window
• Product shows signs of wear and tear, damage, or misuse
• Serial number is tampered with (if applicable)
• Product falls under the non-returnable category (see product page)
• The product was a free gift or complimentary item
• Personal care products (due to hygiene reasons)
5. How Do Returns Work?
We offer a free doorstep pickup service for all returnable items. Just initiate the return request, and our logistics partner will collect the product from your location.
6. How to Request a Return on the Website
Follow these simple steps to request a return from your Kiddiebumz account:
• Log in and go to your Profile
• Click on the Order Number containing the product you wish to return
• Select the Return option
• Choose the item(s) to be returned
• Complete the remaining return steps as prompted
You will receive email updates at every stage of the return process—from request confirmation to pickup and refund status.
7. Additional Terms & Conditions
• Returned items must be in unused, original condition with all original tags, packaging, manuals, and invoice.
• Refunds will be processed only after the item has been picked up and passes our quality check.
• Products with bundled offers or gifts must be returned along with those free items.
• Items marked “non-returnable” on the product page are not eligible for returns or refunds.
• Kiddiebumz reserves the right to refuse returns if misuse of the return policy is suspected.
• Warranty cards (if included) must be returned with the product.
