Shipping costs depend solely on order value and are not affected by the payment method.

7. How Can I Place a Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Order?

To place a COD order on Kiddiebumz:

  • Select "Pay by Cash-on-Delivery" at checkout.
  • Once your order is placed, it will be processed for shipment within the specified timeframe.
  • Payment must be made in cash or via UPI (cards, cheques, and demand drafts are not accepted).
  • Packages cannot be opened until full payment is made to the delivery representative.

8. How Does the Refund Process Work?

Kiddiebumz ensures a quick and seamless refund process:

  • For canceled or unaccepted orders: A refund will be automatically processed to the original payment method.
  • For returned orders: Refunds are initiated as per the Returns Policy, with the following timelines:
    • Online payments (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking): Refunds typically take 5 to 10 days, depending on the bank.
    • NEFT for COD orders: Processed within 1 to 3 business days after the customer shares their bank details.
